    6pm, pick up from Reykjavik will be at 4:30pm.

    7pm, pick up from Reykjavik will be at 5:30pm.

    8pm, pick up from Reykjavik will be at 6:30pm.

    Meeting Point

    You will be picked up from your hotel in Reykjavik, just give us the details at the time of booking.  Don’t worry if you haven't booked your hotel yet, you pass them onto the operator when you are ready.

    Pickup and drop-off service is not possible directly from hotels in the city center, instead you need to go to a nearby conveniently located bus stop.

    Alternate meeting point: You can meet the tour directly at Reykjavik Terminal Skógarhlíð 10, 105 Reykjavik. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure.

    Enjoy one of Iceland’s most popular attractions with the Blue Lagoon Direct transfer service. You will be picked up from your hotel in Reykjavik and taken to the Blue Lagoon in an air-conditioned coach.

    You would be able to avoid long queues at the entrance of Blue Lagoon as this tour gives you fast track bathing access giving you more time at the spa.

    The Blue Lagoon is a unique spa located in a lava field in west Iceland. A combination of silica, geothermally-heated sea water and gives the lagoon a lovely milky-blue colour. The warm water comes from the nearby geothermal power plant of Svartsengi and averages a pleasant 40°C (104°F). It is rich in minerals and bathing in the Blue Lagoon is said to alleviate skin conditions such as psoriasis.

    The spa's state-of-the-art facilities include modern changing rooms and showers, and an indoor pool. A geothermal beach, lava caves and silica mud are also a part of the lagoon area.

    You have Comfort Admission Bathing Package which includes are as follows:

    • Get a large and comfortable towel. You must return the towel after bathing.
    • Enjoy a drink of your choice at the Blue Café or the Lagoon Bar.

    At the end of the trip you will be dropped off at your hotel in Reykjavik. • However, hotel drop-off may depend on the route and traffic restrictions.

    Voucher information:

    No need to print! You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

    The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organised activity to reconfirm.

    Pick up is always one and a half hour before the time booked at the Blue Lagoon. For example, if you book for 6pm, you will be picked up at 4:30pm.

    When you arrive at the Blue Lagoon, you will receive a wristband, which is a key to your changing room locker and your in-water credit card. You can use it to purchase drinks and refreshments anywhere in the spa area.

    You will receive a private locker. Please store all your valuables - jewellery, shoes, cameras, etc.- in the locker and be sure to check that your locker is properly locked before you walk away. The authorities at Blue Lagoon is not responsible for any lost valuables.

    The water in the Blue Lagoon is rich in silica and may make your stiff for few days. Please apply conditioner before entering the lagoon. Complimentary conditioner is available in the shower area.

    Hot water might lead to dehydration; hence drink plenty of water during your visit.

    If you plan to wear your prescription glasses during your bath, do not submerge it in the water as the silica can damage the lenses. Please avoid contact lenses in the water.

    The Blue Lagoon has a minimum age limit of 2 years. Children aged 2 to 13 are welcome to enjoy the Blue Lagoon - free of charge - with their family or guardian. However, it is mandatory for children aged 2 to 8 to wear inflatable armbands (aka, ‘floaties’, ‘water wings’) in the lagoon. These are provided free of charge. Also be aware that each guardian is only allowed to supervise two children under the age of 10.
