Choose the date and time you want to take the Reykjavík Sightseeing Hop On, Hop Off bus tour. Hop on the bus at any of the stops to start the tour. The bus route covers 15 popular Reykjavik attractions and boasts 360-degree panoramic views of Reykjavik. Discover the vibrant city of Reykjavik from open top buses and learn more about the city from informative commentary on board in 7 languages.

See attractions like Harpa Concert Hall & Conference Centre, pay a visit to the Old Harbour, a real cultural hot spot and see some of the oldest houses in Iceland in Laekjargata. Spot humpback whales, porpoises and dolphins, visit Reykjavik City Museum and enjoy a high-tech, interactive multi-media experience and visit the Laugardalur Valley, also known as the Hot Spring Valley. With buses arriving at a frequency of 30 minutes, make the most of your time in Reykjavik and visit the attractions at your own pace.

Hop off the bus at any of the stops to end the tour.

    Golden Circle Tour:

Visit the geothermally active valley of Haukadalur and see The Great Geysir, the original hot-water spout after which all other geysers are named. Though Geysir was once active for 800 years and is now inactive, the very impressive Strokkur shoots an impressive 15m to 30m plume every 5 to 10 minutes.

Continue to the picturesque waterfall Gullfoss ('Golden Waterfall'), located in the canyon of Olfusa river. The most famous waterfall in Iceland in the river Hvíta, Gullfoss is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Iceland and part of the Golden Circle. Explore the waterfalls edge, experience nature in all its glory and feel the mist of the glacial water on your face. The waterfall gives the illusion of falling straight into an abyss, but in reality, it falls into a crevice which is 32 metres deep.

Proceed to the Þingvellir National Park, rich with historic and geological significance. The Mid - Atlantic Ridge – the boundary between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates is clearly visible here. See the line where Iceland is slowly being pulled apart as North America veers west and Eurasia moves east. Þingvellir is also a UNESCO WORLD Heritage Site and a place where Iceland’s stark geological processes are playing out right in front of you.

Also included in the package is a visit to the Friðheimar greenhouse cultivation centre, where you can enjoy a glimpse into the processes of greenhouse horticulture, with an informative commentary on the subject. See how delicious, pesticide-free tomatoes are grown with the aid of geothermal heat which Iceland has in abundance. See an exhibition about the use of geothermal heating in Icelandic horticulture and take away delicious food souvenirs such as Tomato Jam, Cucumber Salsa and Tomato Drink.

You will return to Reykjavik in the afternoon.
