    Day 1: The South Coast

Behold the Seljalandsfoss, a stunning high and narrow waterfall where you can actually walk behind the waterfall and enjoy the view. Head next to Skógafoss, yet another impressive waterfall which is bigger than Seljalandsfoss and is the last in a long row of impressive waterfalls that cascade down from the infamous Eyjafjallajökull volcano.

Make your journey towards Vik where you make a stop at the imposing black sand beach of Reynisfjara and enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean. Finally, you'll arrive at the stunning Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon. Spend the evening in the shadow of the great Vatnajökull glacier. Consider a short stop in the village of Vik. You'll then spend the night in a nearby location.

    Day 2: Ice Caving

Kick start your day with a natural glacier ice cave exploration near Vatnajökull! You'll be driven to the cave on a modified super truck along with an expert local glacier guide, enjoying an adventurous trip over the harsh terrain. You'll spend at least 45 minutes within the ice cave so make sure that you dress warmly! After the adventurous expedition, head back to Reykjavík where you spend your last night in a hotel in the city centre of Reykjavík.

Voucher Information : Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). AT this time no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator's contact details. They're a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organised activity to reconfirm. Minimum age required to undertake this tour is 8 years.

For activities like ice caving, jeans are not recommended because denim, once wet, will spread moisture and take a long time to dry, leaving the wearer extremely cold!

We suggest, wear hiking shoes, outerwear suited to chilly and rainy weather. Don't forget to being camera.

Due to increased demand for travel services in Iceland and low availability, travel companies in Iceland can not guarantee specific accommodations. However, we can always provide you with the best available accommodation at the time of your booking.
